I’m a chiropractor, a therapeutic aromatherapist, a wife and a mom. I had always had a holistic view and an interest in natural health, but with the birth of my children the passion grew. This developed into a real passion for wellness and the wisdom that “health is wealth”.
The term “chiropractic” means “done by hand”. It dates back to the first official manipulation/adjustment by D.D. Palmer in 1895. It has risen to become the third most used primary health care profession in the world, after orthodox medicine and dentistry.
The term “aromatherapy” was coined by the French Chemist, Gattefosse, in the 1930’s. It has since become a popular complementary therapy all around the world. It is a natural and holistic therapy, which uses essential oils to treat the mind, body and spirit. The essential oils have chemical properties which in turn have certain effects on the body, and its various systems.
